Bill , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Yes. Because of my loyalty, perseverance and determination.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Bill, I’m the creator of Μotor City Μixology LLC™ a company I designed from working many years in the bar business and bringing life to a cocktail by making it an art form. My cocktails are made from fresh simple syrups made from scratch and a variety of bitters and garnishes that make my cocktails a cut above the rest.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My family. They knew I was creative since childhood and that one day I could achieve something special in any industry I worked in.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, many times. Sometimes giving up is a good thing because it opens your eyes to what you left behind. And reminds you that your craft is irreplaceable and you are meant to keep creating.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Making people happy. Seeing their joy in my art and loving something simple like a craft cocktail and enjoying a creation that I’ve worked so hard on designing and perfecting.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That I was funny, made people laugh, made people happy and most importantly loved his family and loved his business.
