Rising Stars: Meet Randi Rossario-Maples

Today we’d like to introduce you to Randi Rossario-Maples. 

Hi Randi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I started a radio station seven years ago here in Detroit Michigan. My idea about my radio station was to give local
businesses the opportunity to advertise for low cost and train younger media talents by giving them the opportunity to actually be on our talents. In Radio, more often than not, you’re an intern first and you may or may not get the opportunity to actually be on air. 

From there, I created a community to help people not only live a cleaner life but also be intentional. This community is called good day goals. We have released six books over the course of five years and one of which made me a best-selling Amazon author. 

Good day goals less meditate, good day goals planning and execution workbook, good day goals gratitude journal, good day goes co-parent like a boss and more 

Our latest book co-parent like a boss was co-written by my co-parent. My husband came to our marriage with two children and I work really hard to keep our family on the same page. Their mother and I decided to release a book together to help normalize blended families. 

Besides that, I am a marketing consultant. Currently, one of my largest clients is a political campaign called Ralph Godbee for US Congress. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not, I’ve had many ups and downs having to find my way. Missing time with friends and family, losing relationships, and things of that nature. Let’s not talk about Covid. That issue within itself birth numerous hiccups. 

One of my biggest struggles as a co-parent was making sure all of us stayed on the same page. 

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
My family. Family is everything.
