Hi Karleigh and Abby, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
We started our business with passion – for the world of modeling and fashion and a desire to help individuals achieve their dreams in the industry.

Locally, we wanted to help talent gain exposure to the industry in large markets; to think bigger picture and guide them through turning their dreams into a thriving career.

To put it simply, passion and drive.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We think any entrepreneur would tell you it’s not always a smooth road. Again, it’s a lot of hard work and passion and early on we learned that things don’t always go the way you plan.

We started our business on only an idea – some of the struggles ranged from budget to breaking into the local market when everybody was used to what already existed. Being patient while working hard toward getting clients/companies to see that our vision for talent aligns with theirs.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a mother agency/modeling agency. We scout/discover talent, develop and place in markets all over the world as well as book local models on jobs throughout the midwest.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Every day haha At the end of the day owning your own business, it’s all on you. That’s not something we take lightly.
