Today we’d like to introduce you to Chelsea Krejci.
Hi Chelsea, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Sure! My story really began with a passion for helping people and a natural love for creativity and entrepreneurship. I’ve always had a drive to build things from the ground up — businesses, events, connections — and that drive only grew stronger when I became a mom.
I started Ooh Snap! Mobile Photobooth, my luxury photobooth company, as a fun side hustle. I wanted to bring something elevated and memorable to events while still having the flexibility to be present with my family. I didn’t expect it to grow as quickly as it did — but here we are with multiple booths, a team of attendants, and a calendar full of weddings, corporate events, and a wide range of events booked!
Dainty Magnet Co. was born out of a sweet collaboration with my sister. As moms, we know how precious life’s little moments are — and how easy it is for them to get lost in our camera rolls. We wanted a way to turn those special images into tiny keepsakes that don’t take up much space but mean the world. Our custom 2×2 magnets are a simple, beautiful way to keep memories front and center — right on the fridge where we can see them every day.
Then came Chelsea Nicole Co., my virtual assistant and online business management brand. As someone who knows how chaotic entrepreneurship can get, I started offering services to help other small business owners get back their time and peace of mind. I specialize in organization, launch support, and marketing, and now I’m building out an agency to support even more entrepreneurs with the systems and support they need to grow.
It’s been a wild, beautiful ride — full of learning, pivoting, and chasing alignment over hustle. My businesses are rooted in service, creativity, and the belief that women can build success on their own terms, with their babies on their hips and their dreams in their hands.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but every bump taught me something important.
When I launched my first business, Ooh Snap Mobile Photobooth, I was still working full-time in the corporate world. I was juggling a demanding job, building a brand from scratch, and trying to find my footing as a new business owner. Most nights were late, weekends were packed with events, and I was constantly learning as I went.
On top of the physical hustle, there was a mental battle too. Imposter syndrome is real. It’s easy to start comparing yourself to others — seeing people who seem to be thriving, hitting milestones, and wondering if you’re even cut out for it. I found myself spiraling more than once, doubting my own path.
Eventually, I realized the only way forward was to stop looking sideways. I had to get back to pencil-to-paper focus, get clear on my vision, and keep my head down. Once I made that mindset shift and committed to my own lane, everything started to change. I scaled, gained confidence, and started showing up in my business like the CEO I wanted to be.
It hasn’t always been easy, but I wouldn’t trade the journey. The struggles built resilience — and that resilience built momentum.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I run three heart-driven businesses that each bring something unique to the table.
Ooh Snap! Mobile Photobooth is a luxury open-air photobooth experience designed to elevate events, create lasting memories, and bring a fun, modern vibe to any celebration.
Dainty Magnet Co., which I co-own with my sister, turns meaningful moments into 2×2 custom photo magnets — perfect for moms like us who want to display memories without clutter.
Through Chelsea Nicole Co., I support entrepreneurs as a virtual assistant and online business manager — helping them streamline operations, launch new ideas, and stay focused on growth.
What sets me apart is how personal I make every interaction. I bring both strategy and soul to everything I do. I’m most proud of building these businesses from scratch while balancing motherhood and staying aligned with my purpose.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I think luck plays a small part — but it’s what you do with the opportunities that really matters.
There have definitely been moments of good timing, like connecting with the right people or getting unexpected referrals that opened doors. But most of what’s worked in my businesses has come from showing up consistently, even when no one was watching.
I’ve had my share of challenges too — timing that didn’t work out, events that flopped, or seasons where growth felt slow. But I don’t really see that as bad luck, just part of the process. Every setback taught me something and helped me pivot in a smarter way.
At the end of the day, I believe we create our own momentum. A little luck might spark a moment — but it’s the hard work, faith, and follow-through that turn it into something real.
