Hi Tatiyana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Naturally You Aesthetics began in 2022 with the belief that beauty should be effortless, authentic, and more than skin deep. From the beginning, my vision was to create a space where clients feel at ease—confident that their results would look natural while celebrating their unique features. Today, Naturally You is known for advanced treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin tightening, and laser services including hair removal and collagen restoration. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to whole-person care: alongside aesthetics, we offer vitamin injections, supplements, and bioidentical hormone health, helping clients achieve balance, vitality, and confidence from the inside out.
The medspa began with myself, a nurse practitioner, and a nurse who shared the same passion for client-centered care. When my business partner Kimberly retired in 2025, I became the sole owner of Naturally You. What started as a small team of one front desk employee and a part-time skincare specialist has now grown into a dedicated staff that includes two licensed aestheticians, two client care coordinators, a master nurse practioner injector, all working together to deliver exceptional care and service.
My nursing career began in pediatrics, family practice, urgent care, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. I am a board certified family nurse practitioner with a graduate degree from Valparaiso, IN. It was during my time in plastic surgery that I felt a true calling toward aesthetics. The joy of helping clients restore confidence, providing results that are both immediate and meaningful, and having the time to connect with clients without constraints drew me to this field of medicine—and continues to inspire my work today. I continue to enhance my knowledge and scope of practice through continued aesthetic certifications and education to bring the best aesthetics has to offer to Southwest Michigan.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Of course there are always challenges in being a business owner. I have to come to learn to adapt and move on.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The quality I believe has been most important to my success is authentic connection. From the beginning, I’ve built Naturally You around listening—really hearing what clients want, what they’re worried about, and how they want to feel when they leave our space. That ability to connect with people on a genuine level builds trust, and trust is everything in aesthetics and wellness.
Along with connection, I would also say integrity plays a huge role. I never want clients to feel pressured into something that isn’t right for them. My goal is always to provide honest recommendations and natural results that align with their unique beauty. I think that authenticity and transparency are what keep clients coming back and referring others, and it’s the foundation of everything we do at Naturally You.
