Meet Steve Hooper of The Stephen Hooper Corporation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steve Hooper.

Steve Hooper

Hi Steve, We’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. Before we get into specifics, let’s briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I have wanted to participate in health, wellness, and medicine for several years. Eventually, I could get into an internship at the University of Michigan. I was hired to train employees working for automobile corporations such as Visteon, Ford, GM, and Chrysler. I left the corporate sector and worked in the commercial industry for 16 months, and the difference was obvious. The commercial sector offered small pay with no benefits, but I received a wealth of knowledge and experience. Then, I left the commercial sector to work for myself since.

Let’s dig a little deeper into the story. Has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
The first year was pretty simple, but the path became more complex later. There were pivotal moments in my life that made me wonder if this entire process was worth it. For example, I used to run or do pushups to take my mind off of the stress. Fortunately, everything worked out. I believe in the statement, “Hard now, easy later.”

As you know, we’re big fans of The Stephen Hooper Corporation. What can you tell our readers, who might need to be more familiar with the brand?
The Stephen Hooper Corporation is a private personal training business that helps people in 3 layers:

  • It allows men to become better leaders through intense exercise.
  • It will enable women to reduce stress and body fat percentages.
  • It allows kids to maximize their self-esteem through sports performance enhancement.

Fat loss is optimal, while weight loss is superficial. To live longer, happier, and healthier, you need only type “The Stephen Hooper Corporation” into the search engine and go from there. Lastly, the Corporation also helps through philanthropy.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
The highest number of pushups I’ve ever done daily was 10,000.
