Our passion for charcuterie began well before our love story unfolded. Priscilla was renowned for crafting exquisite charcuterie boards for gatherings, while Matthew savored every bite, developing a discerning palate for charcuterie varieties. As a dedicated automotive technician at Glassman Subaru, Matthew embraced his role with passion, while Priscilla excelled as a marketing director in the wine industry. Following their wedding in September 2023, they jointly established Osborn Grazing Co, a venture that has thrived over the past year. The business allows them to blend their individual talents and shared love for charcuterie, creating a culinary success story that continues to evolve.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting our business was mainly a seamless journey. It marked our first venture into entrepreneurship, prompting us to delve into the intricacies of taxes, health codes, securing a commercial kitchen, obtaining licenses, and all other aspects of running a business. Initially, we grappled with managing various responsibilities independently since in larger enterprises, tasks are divided among a team. However, in a small business setup, wearing multiple hats is crucial, demanding a delicate balance of roles. Witnessing the evolution of our grazing tables and food styling has been a delightful testament to our growth this year.

Osborn Grazing Co., based in Oxford, MI, is a husband and wife-owned grazing table and charcuterie company. Specializing in creating stunning grazing tables and food styling, we are renowned for our show-stopping displays, particularly our large setups. Our services cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays, and more. Despite the challenges of rising food costs and inflation, we take pride in our growth and the support of our wonderful clients. We offer a variety of services, such as grazing tables, charcuterie cups, boards, and boxes for smaller groups. Excitingly, in January 2025, we will be launching a mobile charcuterie cart – a debut announcement exclusively revealed to Voyage Magazine. This cart will bring individual portions of our delectable offerings to all your parties and gatherings.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Matthew and Priscilla shared a close bond from childhood, having known each other for 12 years before tying the knot in 2023. One of their cherished moments is reminiscing about staying awake into the wee hours, lounging in their driveways, gazing at the twinkling stars and the serene moon, all the while engaging in profound conversations that kindled the flames of love between them.
