Meet Michael King

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael King. 

Hi Michael, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have always been that friend or family member who liked taking pictures. I remember early 2015 telling my friend, I wanted to by a DSLR and take professional pictures. By that spring I bought my first DSLR and haven’t look back. Most people know me as V 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Definitely hasn’t been smooth road. From getting people to take you serious as a photographer and not just, my friend with a camera. Figuring out your worth as you grow. I think my biggest struggle was trying to figure out what you want, focus on. In the beginning, you want to take pictures of everything. I still do everything, but I would have to say my focus is portraits and fine art. 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a traveling portrait & fine art photographer. I’m known for my creativeness and beautiful vibrant colors. I think what sets me apart is my attentiveness to detail and love for the art. 

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I enjoy vegetarian food
