Today we’d like to introduce you to Marina Matta.
Hi Marina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m originally from New York, where I earned my Master’s as a Physician Assistant. I moved to Michigan five years ago and started out working in Urgent Care. Aesthetics had always intrigued me, so I pursued training while still working full time. After two years of grinding, growing, and staying persistent, I finally landed my dream role as an aesthetic injector with Oli At Home, offering concierge Botox treatments right in the comfort of my clients’ homes. It’s been a journey, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. For two years, I faced constant rejections because most aesthetic jobs require experience, and very few places are willing to take a chance on newer providers. I liked working in Urgent Care, but it wasn’t where my passion was. I knew I wanted to be in aesthetics; helping people feel beautiful and confident while also tapping into my creative side with social media. I’m so excited to finally be doing what I love.
We’ve been impressed with Oli at Home, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I work with Oli At Home, a Michigan-based concierge aesthetics company founded by Michael and Lindsey Oliver and rooted in love and passion. We’re based out of Grosse Pointe and proudly serve clients from Port Huron to Grand Rapids.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Confidence, a commitment to continuous learning, and being a true team player have all been key to my success. But above all, I prioritize patient safety and satisfaction. In aesthetics, it’s not just about the results; it’s about trust, care, and making people feel confident in their own skin.
