Today we’d like to introduce you to Lakeisha Thomas. 

Hi Lakeisha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I have love for lashes and makeup. I’ve been wearing false lashes for about 15 years now and about 2 years ago decided to sell false lashes as a business. Then I soon decided I wanted to do more than just sell lashes. I wanted to become a lash artist. I got certified January of 2022 as a certified lash artist and it by far have been one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I can’t say that it’s been a rocky road but it’s a little bit of a challenge being an up-and-coming lash artist in this industry where there’s a lot of other lash artist who already have clients, so I feel that challenge is building clientele. 

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in classic lash extensions. I am proud that I took the step to becoming a lash tech, it’s kind of like my therapy! What sets me apart from others is I am mobile, so I can go to my client as well as them come to me. 

What was your favorite childhood memory?
I don’t really have a specific memory. I can think back on my childhood and very grateful for it all.
