I launched my real estate career while working full-time as a registered nurse and raising my children as a single mother. Gradually I reduced my nursing hours to part-time and ultimately transitioned to real estate full-time; in my first year I was honored with our board’s Rookie of the Year award.
Since then, through hard work, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, I have maintained a successful career. By prioritizing clear communication, integrity, and personalized service, I consistently deliver results that generate repeat business and referrals—an approach that has been the cornerstone of my continued success.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Some of the greatest challenges I faced has been navigating the ups and downs of changing market conditions, and balancing the many demands of growing a business. Overcoming these obstacles required resilience, disciplined time management, continuous education, and a client-first approach. Those experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt, anticipate market trends, and deliver consistently excellent results for my clients.
