Meet Hannah Wentz of Enchanted Events

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Wentz.  

Hannah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was afforded great opportunities to work with a variety of events including weddings, celebrations, galas, and corporate. I had to walk away from coordination due to not maintaining a work-life balance with consistent weekend work. Fast forward a few years of going back to school and volunteering with an event here and there; I realized I missed coordinating. I launched Enchanted Events in 2020. It was one of the most liberating steps I took. I was able to customize my services, book dates I wanted while being able to take weekends off as needed, and most importantly service couples on their wedding day. Since opening, I have worked with wonderful clients and families around the Midwest. Enchanted Events restored my ability to work in the wedding industry while maintaining a work-life balance as a business owner. I am blessed to be trusted by all my couples to execute their wedding day and work alongside skilled vendors. There is never a dull moment on the wedding day and I wouldn’t change it for the world! 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The wedding industry in the midst of COVID keeps you on your toes! At this point of the pandemic, vendors have adjusted and are working their best to take it as it comes. The goal is to be accommodating and assist couples in every way you can to make the wedding day possible.
