Meet Gabby Rosely of White Lake, Michigan

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabby Rosely

Hi Gabby, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Before anything I am an explorer and a lover. Born and raised in Michigan, I dedicated myself to the sport of swimming, until my athletic career abruptly ended at the University of California in San Diego due to an injury. I dropped out of college, started my first business from scratch at 18 years old, and learned everything I know along the way. I ran this business as a solopreneur for 1.5 years, and then hired a team of 8 talented individuals to help me expand and live the vision – to serve others and teach all ages the essential skill of swimming (both basic and competitive). I eventually graduated from Michigan State University with a Marketing degree in 2021, & was hired by the franchise owners of Goldfish Swim School to launch a brand new location in 2022. This was the epitome of start before you are ready. I learned so much, and was able to take even deeper heart in doing what I truly love, leading others. In January of 2024, I left this position to follow my heart and volunteer in the mountains of Grecia, Costa Rica in Conscious Community for 4 months. I have traveled the world, sailed the seas, jumped in and out of comfort zones, communed with God (in many MANY ways, shapes, and forms) and made lasting memories with incredible humans – young, old, disabled, & able bodied across many cultures and walks of life… My heart is truly with the people I have the opportunity to serve and grow to love. My love for self discovery, developing others, and entrepreneurship has brought me to where I am today as an Authentic Leadership & Communication Coach + Speaker. The dream remains the same: Empower and Equip Others to Lead Fulfilling Lives through Deep Connection to Self & Others.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I like to look back upon my life and CHOOSE to remember the good. Knowing that every single one of my experiences has grounded me into my purpose. However, I realize that the recognition of my struggles (growing up with an alcoholic father (who is now sober and one of my wisest mentors), the ongoing health issues my mother has faced since I was a child, career ending sports injuries, identity crises, & my struggle with high functioning anxiety rooted in a fear of rejection / not being good enough, allows me to tell my story and relate to others going through similar experiences.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I offer 1:1 coaching in 1, 3, & 6 month packages (can be tailored to specific needs). I will soon be offering group coaching as well. With my coaching clients we follow my Framework: VROW (Vision, Reality, Options, Way Forward) and I guide them through practices to deeply reflect and connect with self, take inventory of their lives, set goals, create systems & habits for aligned action, and create positive change. The power lies within you, I simply hold the space, generate the conversations, and help you channel your gifts by providing structure, accountability, & experience.

I offer Speaking Engagements / Group Workshops in the following areas: Conscious Communication, Authentic Leadership, Confidence / Mindset, & Goal Setting. I work with corporations, groups, sports teams, and other various organizations.

I host and cohost events focused on Connection and Community, and will be co-hosting my first extended retreats in 2025 – think Conscious Summer Camp – time to connect with self, earth, & God in Conscious Community.

I connect the mind, body, and spirit and use my heart to create a space for radical acceptance, appreciation, and empowerment. I believe one of my gifts is the gift of communication – to inspire others with my words, shine light on their gifts, and remind them of who they are and what they are capable of.

I believe my unique experiences, my authenticity, my presence + connection to the divine, my inquisition, and my desire to celebrate connection is what differentiates me.

I am most proud of the ways I can use my gifts to help others step into their own – and make it a fun, humorous, intimate experience.
