Hi Dr. Brittney, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
CarePro Healthcare Training began with a simple vision: to create a pathway for compassionate individuals to build meaningful careers in healthcare. We saw a growing need in our community—not just for skilled healthcare workers, but for well-trained professionals who care deeply about the people they serve.
What started as a small training program offering Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classes has grown into a trusted local school that now provides multiple healthcare certifications, including Phlebotomy, EKG, and Home Health Aide training.
From the beginning, our focus has been on quality education, hands-on experience, and career support. We’ve built strong relationships with local healthcare facilities, ensuring our students gain real-world experience and job opportunities upon graduation.
Today, CarePro Healthcare Training continues to grow because of our commitment to excellence, our passionate instructors, and our belief that every student deserves the chance to succeed in a career that makes a difference.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When I started CarePro Healthcare Training, I had a clear vision but limited resources. I knew there was a real need for quality healthcare training in our community, but turning that vision into reality meant wearing every hat—teacher, administrator, marketer, and mentor—all at once.
In the beginning, it was tough to build awareness and earn trust. We had to prove ourselves, one class and one student at a time. There were times when enrollment was low or when the logistics of running a new program felt overwhelming. But every time a student completed their training and started a new career, it reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.
Balancing growth while keeping our programs personal and supportive has also been a learning experience. I’ve worked hard to make sure that as we expand, we never lose that sense of care, encouragement, and purpose that defines CarePro.
The road hasn’t been smooth—but it’s been meaningful. Every obstacle has helped me grow as a leader and strengthened my belief that when you lead with passion and purpose, good things follow.

What are your plans for the future?
At CarePro Healthcare Training, the goal has always been growth with purpose. Looking ahead, we’re focused on expanding our programs and reaching even more students who are ready to start their careers in healthcare.
We plan to introduce new certification courses that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry—such as Medical Assistant, CPR/BLS certification, and continuing education options for professionals who want to keep advancing. We’re also working toward online and hybrid learning options to make training more accessible for busy adults and working parents.
Beyond new programs, we’re strengthening our partnerships with local hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities to create more direct job pathways for our graduates. We want every student who walks through our doors to leave with not just a certificate—but a clear career plan and the confidence to succeed.
I’m especially excited about growing our community outreach and scholarship opportunities, so we can open doors for more individuals who are passionate about caring for others but may not have the financial means to get started.
