Meet Autumn Harris

Today we’d like to introduce you to Autumn Harris. 

Hi Autumn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
LITY was started back on March 23, 2020. As soon as the Governor put on us on Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order. My doctor was calling immediately after saying you need to get to Hospital for an emergency blood transfusion. Your hemoglobin is at a 4.8. I immediately contacted my mom and told her and she said, “No way you would be non-responsive and me puzzled like what”? I was admitted and my hemoglobin had actually dropped to 4.6. This was a crazy time to be in anyone’s hospital and it was the first time that my mom was not able to be present. The last thing I heard my mother and aunt say while on FaceTime was to put on your headphones and turn your gospel music and rest with God. I was scared, nervous, and concerned about getting blood transfusion overall. I was experiencing an entire mental breakdown. So, I said God it’s me and you on this journey and for some reason out of nowhere, I started saying “Lord, I Thank You”! I found myself in my sleep when I would turn over in the middle of night saying “Lord, I Thank You”! When I was still in pain, I would still say “Lord, I Thank You”! While going through a deep depression at that time, I would still say “Lord, I Thank You”! Saying It aloud has now become second nature for me! While in the midst of the pandemic, I felt like my life was going to be over! I had to resign from my job, was currently going through a divorce, and still trying to get my health in order. To make a long story short the harder and more challenging my life became. I was still saying “LITY” over and over! “Lord, I Thank You”! I ended up randomly waking up in the middle of the night and I heard start a trademark for LITY known as Lord, I Thank You. I then created a jewelry line and apparel for men and women. I started posting daily on social media and I always start off with LITY❤️Lord, I Thank You! I then continue to post something encouraging daily and I always try to be transparent in order to encourage the next person. I even started my LITY podcast as well to be open, transparent, and real! I don’t care if I’m home, at work, sitting still, at the bar, etc. I always take LITY with me. LITY is definitely a conversation with others. People are always amazed at the idea and what it stands for. Before you know it and no matter where I am someone is for sure going to say Lord, I Thank You! We must not forget that we still have so much to be Thankful for period. The fact that we are still alive after watching the death of others instantly! It’s true there some still feel the effects mentally emotionally and physically! It has for sure taking a mental burden on many including myself. But that is why seeking counsel and therapy has definitely blessed me during this time. It’s true that no matter what the situation or circumstances is still open your mouth and say “Lord, I Thank You”! I try to help people see things from a different perspective and realize in some cases you’re not alone. Remember no matter how bad things may appear to be we should still be saying LITY❤️ Lord, I Thank You! 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Obstacles and Struggles!! Whew JESUS!! Just being a business owner is challenging in itself! Staying up to date on business, watching trends, funding, finding vendors in order to produce your products, and over just catching a break. Reaching out to people in order to bless them with a shirt etc. and not receiving a response. Watching other as it appears they are winning they can become mentally draining as well. But then I hold my head up and say even though it appears that I’m stuck in this spot. I still say “Lord, I Thank You”! When it’s my time it will be worth the wait. Removing distractions and staying focused when running businesses and always remember to keep God first! The rest will follow in due time! LITY

Something surprising, I stepped out on faith and started my podcast and now I’m in the process of starting my YouTube channel. In order for me to start interviewing others in hopes that LITY will one day make it worldwide!
