Today we’d like to introduce you to Amber Zoll.
Hi Amber, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
For as long as I can remember, ultrasound has been more than a career to me it has been a calling. I’ve been a registered sonographer for nearly 18 years, and every day I’m reminded of how special it is to give families their first glimpse of their little one. My husband, Ian, retired early from law enforcement and is now a devoted stay-at-home dad to our three wonderful children. Together, we always dreamed of creating something meaningful for growing families, but the timing never seemed quite right.
That changed unexpectedly. One day, while casually browsing job postings, I came across an opportunity at Baby’s Image. I wasn’t looking for a new role, yet something about it pulled at my heart. When I visited the studio, it felt instantly familiar warm, joyful, and centered around celebrating life’s greatest blessing. I knew I wanted to be part of it.
What started as curiosity quickly unfolded into a door God opened just for us. After stepping into the role, we learned the owners were preparing for retirement and were looking for someone who shared their heart and passion. When the opportunity to take over the studio was offered, it felt like confirmation that this was exactly where we were meant to be.
Saying yes changed everything for our family. Today, Ian and I are honored to carry forward a space where families can come to bond with their babies, make memories, and feel deeply cared for. We love what we do, and we don’t take for granted the trust families place in us during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey has been beautiful, but certainly not without its challenges. Neither Ian or myself had ever run a business before, so stepping into ownership came with a steep learning curve. From understanding the business side of operations to navigating new responsibilities, there were many “firsts” that stretched us and strengthened us.
But God has been faithful every step of the way.
We were blessed with incredibly supportive former owners who guided us through the transition with so much kindness and patience. Even now, nearly a year in, I know I can pick up the phone with a question and they’ll be there to help. That kind of support has been invaluable.
Like any new chapter, there were moments of doubt, worry, and learning as we went but those moments also reminded us that we weren’t doing this alone. Through prayer, perseverance, and the right people surrounding us, the road has become smoother, and we’re grateful for how far we’ve come.

At Baby’s Image, we specialize in providing 2D, 3D, 4D, and HD live elective ultrasounds that allow families to bond with their babies long before delivery day. With nearly 18 years of experience as a registered sonographer, I bring a deep love for this profession and a commitment to creating a joyful, meaningful experience for every family who walks through our doors.
What we do goes far beyond imaging we create moments. We celebrate life. We help families experience the wonder of seeing their baby yawn, stretch, smile, or wiggle for the very first time. Those reactions the tears, the laughter, the awe are what make this work so special to us.
I believe what sets us apart is the heart behind our studio. From the moment clients step inside, our goal is to make them feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. We pray over this business, we pray over our families, and we approach every appointment with the mindset that each baby is a precious gift from God. That intentional care is something families can feel.
We are also proud of the atmosphere we’ve created warm, peaceful, and family centered. Whether it’s an early peek, a gender reveal, or watching baby grow throughout pregnancy, we strive to make every visit memorable. Many clients have told us their experience at Baby’s Image feels personal, comforting, and unlike anywhere else they’ve been and that is one of the greatest compliments we could receive.
Ultimately, we are most proud of the trust families place in us during such a meaningful season of their lives. Being part of that journey is an honor we never take lightly, and it inspires us to serve with excellence, compassion, and joy every single day.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was fun, outgoing, and always on the move. I loved playing sports, being surrounded by friends, and staying involved in anything that brought people together. I also love music so there usually is something playing somewhere around me!
I also had (and still have) a witty, sarcastic sense of humor. I’ve always loved making people laugh and finding lightness in everyday moments. That playful side of me has followed me throughout my life and shows up in how I connect with others, whether I’m joking with clients, sharing a fun moment during a scan, or simply keeping things upbeat around the studio.
