Today we’d like to introduce you to Nani.

Hi Nani, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After COVID, I decided to take content creation more seriously. I started posting high quality content on a consistent basis which lead brands to notice my social media. I accepted offers that I felt matched my niche versus other brands that I felt didn’t align with what my content expresses. After receiving offers, I decided to put myself out there more and reach out to brands myself which helped not limit myself to success.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It was never a smooth road. Brands would either not respond or not view my inquiry. I kept trying, even retrying the brands that I’ve reached out previously. It can definitely lead to discouragement especially when you know you have the potential and have worked hard on your content.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My content represents fashion and body positivity. I am a brand ambassador who likes to take on ambassador/other opportunities, and now slowly working my way to music videos and modeling for photographers. I am most proud of where I am now versus where I started. I feel what sets me apart from others is that I show my true self, life, and not a facade. I like to present my true authentic self.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most is my belief, passion, and peace because that’s what has gotten to where I am today and will continue to grow.
