Today we’d like to introduce you to Meghan McMurphy

Hi Meghan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Meghan and I’ve been a licensed esthetician for 7 years. I’ve specialized in laser aesthetics for 5 of those years, going solo just 2 years ago! In those 2 years, I’ve experienced more growth, aptitude, and abundance than I could have ever imagined when I first started my career. I have a passion for guiding people and hope to expand my expertise further and further as time goes on.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey with aesthetics was very smooth to begin with, but as I began wanting more for myself I realized that’s where the obstacles came in. I had to realize that if you ever wanted to get anywhere in this life, not everyone was going to be rooting for you along the way. I had to become comfortable with being uncomfortable.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in laser aesthetics, things like laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmented lesion removal and more. I am most proud of my knowledge when it comes to lasers and my willingness to go above and beyond for my clients!

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I never expect people to work or collaborate with me but it is always appreciated when I get a shout out or a referral from a likewise beauty professional. I’m lucky enough to work with two amazing individuals in the industry who are quick to tell their clients all about me and what I do.
