Life & Work with Eric Robinson of Detroit

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric Robinson.

Hi Eric, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In 2020, I lost a dear friend to me. Mr. Azal Lockett aka “Chase Billiano” or “Chase Billi”. GOAT TOWN essentially was his movement. When he suddenly passed away, I picked it up and vowed to push it forward. Since then I’ve been pushing the brand, doing various things. Record label for myself releasing various projects, and also distributing other artist music across the globe. I also opening up another branch GOAT TOWN Management. Focusing on development and evolving upcoming artist. My first signing was “Shari B”. A very bright and talented young woman outta Chicago.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far? Ehhhh. There are always bumps in the road & unseen issues. For the most part me and my team have been able to navigate through all the hard ships and pot holes so to speak.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Well, I like to think of myself as a businessman. Over there years I’ve been modeling my business like “Master P” & “No Limit”.
I do a lot of things. Record, Mix & Master songs.
Produce songs, sync songs on your favorite TV Network (Zeus).
Distribute music all across the world.
Develop and manage upcoming artist.
I’m known for my crystal clear sound, when it comes to recording or mixing a song.
Frankly I’m just proud of taking something that my friend started, and eventually mold it into a household name.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
Any music related, come to me about it.
As far as support, when you see me just give me a high five.
