Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Parker-Tunnell.

Hi Amy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Our company is based on our own personal experiences of needing the care and also providing it. We put our passion of knowing what people are looking for in-home care and train our caregivers to all of the particulars that are involved with each individual.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Since opening in 2018, the biggest challenge was building trust within the communities. People want to know that their loved one or themselves, are in safe, trustworthy hands. As our reputation was built, and referrals were coming, then the CoVid crisis hit. No more applicants but more referrals. I believe the hardest obstacle is still to this day, employing caregivers to be able to fulfill the referrals. I am hopeful that 2022 will bring more applicants my way so we can continue to take care of our communities needing daily living assistance.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I have always loved helping people and making them smile. My own life has taught me that it’s gonna knock you down, sometimes very hard, but you have the choice to get up or be smothered later. I am very compassionate and empathetic towards people. People are gravitated to me to talk and tell me their own personal woes and I am always happy to listen. Music has always been my retreat. Either by playing my trumpet, singing karaoke, or jamming it out in the car. Music soothes the savage beast.

Infallible Home Care, LLC is based on core values of Professionalism, Honesty, Reliability, and Quality. We are not a company that has set goals to make as much money as we can but take the approach to helping as many as we can. Our smaller company gives better individual focus and with our transparency, allows us to be seen and heard as a good company to work for and be cared for by.
