Hi tony, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
i was a firefighter in belfast for years, then i started coaching for free due to a friend strugglign with mental health, he posted his results online without asking me and my instagram and facebook started blowing up, i coached for a few years, then i was posting content that is focused on value with making people laugh and learn fitness as they go, so then this is how the platform ended up growing to where we have a team of 8 coaches for all ages ranges, ability, bodybuilding, hyrox, fighting, mobility, health, bloodwork and even work on mindset, all of it to ensure your not just looking good but also working on mental health. then instagram and fb and all platforms just kept growing sitting round 3 million on all platforms now,
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
the online hate can become a lot, due to growing that size of following, which is more then the entire northern ireland population i grew up in, it can be overwhelming and people take shots at anythign they can, the way i look, any inseciruity so you do build reslience, however the fact im doing this for the people that need it is the reason it drives me and this allows me to provide a life for my mum dad and sister that i could of never dreamed of.

we specilise in transformations for indivudals, getting not just their phsycial abut mental health in the best possible position, through working on stress, sleep, nutrition, training and minset, we do this all while delivering education online for free to help people understand how to do this wihtout even paying us, however some people want to pay us and come onboard for a bit more 1-1 and thats how the business is known as we give the most free value in fitness out there. and its probally why more people trust us.
