Hi Shae’Quanna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Shae’Quanna I go by Shae ! I am the owner of The Galore Experience (Body waxing & Beauty) I got started in the beauty industry about 10years ago doing makeup and now I am a licensed esthetician doing body waxing so I guess it all ties in. I started YouTube around that time as well which helped with my makeup skills and staying on trends. These things built my confidence and allowed me to see what i thought I wanted to do which is now called influencing. Before this I have worked multiple jobs. I was once working nights cleaning a school, while also working at a Salon during the day and being a single mother to my son Kai. I love being able to connect with many different people and walks of life. I am happy that I am able to show my son that you can work make money and do what you love while enjoying your daily life. I remember going to my job not wanting to get out my car and feeling stuck, unmotivated and just going with the flow.. It gets rough being a small business owner VERY but with this experience it tells me I can do more and I am capable of more I am more than grateful for the life i have. I have always knew I was destined for more even now I have in the works for something bigger and different for me and my brand as a esthetician, entrepreneur, and Plus size influencer! Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been far from smooth !!! Being is school full time while being a single mother
Working multiple jobs and still not making enough money
Never seeing my son because I was always working. At once point I didn’t have a car … I had to get to work and drop my son off at daycare and it was the worst time of my life … but I overcame I am still overcoming

As you know, we’re big fans of The Galore Experience . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am a licensed esthetician and I specialize in Body waxing. I doing all body waxing including but not limited too Brazilian, legs and eyebrows. I am known for my funny and bubbly personality and being able to talk your through an interesting experience. I love that my clients can come to me and be comfortable and know they will leave satisfied with any service they receive from me. Still too this day I can’t believe I am a professional waxer, I just didn’t think that was what I would be doing and I love it !!! Building these bonds are so life changing and it becomes like a sisterhood once the word travels it doesn’t stop. I am proud of the woman I have become. I do YouTube I am very proud of my channel currently at 7k subscribers My channel is based on lifestyle, beauty, plus size fashion and being a mother. I have been through so much to get here am I am nowhere near close to being done. I have so much more I will be doing and accomplishing. Which includes a new suit for me and my business coming soon! I want readers to know that it takes time but you can do it, put your mind to it build your confidence and what God has for you is for YOU nobody can take that away from you.
