Inspiring Conversations with Rolisia Siebert of Siebert Psyschotherapy Services/ Inner Safe Experiene

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rolisia Siebert.

Hi Rolisia , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I didn’t set out to create a healing movement. I simply wanted to understand why so many people, despite years of talking about their pain, still felt trapped by it.

As a therapist, I listened to countless stories of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, and emotional exhaustion. Beneath every story, I noticed something deeper: many adults were still responding to life from wounds that had never truly been seen, understood, or comforted.

That realization changed the way I approached healing.

I began focusing on helping people reconnect with the younger parts of themselves that had learned to survive through overachieving, pleasing others, staying quiet, or always being strong. I discovered that lasting change wasn’t just about understanding the past. It was about creating enough safety in the present to respond to ourselves differently.

That belief led me to develop the Inner SAFE™ Method and expand my work beyond the therapy office. Today, I create experiences, coaching, and educational content that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and practice becoming the safe adult they needed growing up.

My mission is simple: help people stop fighting themselves and start caring for the parts of them that have been waiting to feel safe.

Because healing doesn’t begin by becoming someone new.

It begins by being good to little you.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For a long time, I believed my value came from what I could do for everyone else.

I became the strong one. The dependable one. The helper. The one who kept going even when I was exhausted. From the outside, it looked like I had it together. Inside, I was carrying responsibilities, expectations, and wounds I didn’t always know how to name.

I spent years achieving, giving, and showing up for others while learning that success doesn’t automatically create peace. There were parts of me that still longed to feel seen, chosen, and enough without having to earn it.

My greatest struggle wasn’t simply stress or burnout. It was learning that the habits that once helped me survive no longer served the life I wanted to live.

Healing required me to stop running from the younger parts of myself and start listening to them with compassion. I learned that those parts weren’t trying to sabotage me. They were trying to protect me.

That journey transformed not only my life but also my work. It changed how I understand healing, relationships, and what it truly means to feel safe.

Today, I don’t share my story because I have a perfect life. I share it because I know what it’s like to carry invisible burdens while smiling on the outside. And I know what becomes possible when we finally become the safe person our younger self has been waiting for.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Siebert Psychotherapy Services was founded on the belief that healing should go beyond managing symptoms. While traditional therapy often focuses on what is wrong, we help people understand why they respond the way they do and how to create lasting change by addressing the experiences that shaped them.

We specialize in trauma recovery, attachment wounds, anxiety, relationship patterns, and inner child healing. Through therapy, coaching, workshops, and community experiences, we help people reconnect with the younger parts of themselves that learned to survive through people-pleasing, perfectionism, over functioning, emotional avoidance, or constantly being the strong one.

What sets us apart is our signature Inner SAFE Method, a framework designed to help people slow down, recognize what their nervous system is communicating, respond with compassion instead of criticism, and become the safe adult they needed growing up. Rather than simply teaching coping skills, we help clients build a different relationship with themselves.

One of the things I’m most proud of is making healing more accessible. Whether someone walks into a therapy session, attends one of our Inner SAFE Experiences, joins a coaching program, or finds us through social media, our goal is the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal.

At the heart of our brand is one simple message: **Be good to little you. ** It’s more than a slogan. It’s an invitation to treat yourself with the same compassion you so freely offer everyone else.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
There are several ways to work with and support our mission.

Individuals can work with us through therapy, one-on-one coaching, or by attending an Inner SAFE Experience, where participants engage in guided exercises designed to foster emotional safety, self-awareness, and lasting healing. We also offer workshops and group experiences for those looking to deepen their personal growth in a supportive community.

Organizations, schools, churches, and businesses can collaborate with us by bringing our wellness workshops, trauma-informed trainings, and keynote presentations to their teams. We are passionate about helping educators, leaders, and helping professionals better understand the impact of stress, trauma, and attachment on both personal well-being and workplace culture.

We also welcome partnerships with businesses and community organizations that share our commitment to making mental and emotional wellness more accessible. Whether through sponsorships, collaborative events, or community initiatives, we believe healing happens best when communities come together.

The greatest way to support our work is by sharing our message. Recommend our services, invite us to speak, attend an event, or simply share our content with someone who may need it. Every conversation helps normalize healing and reminds people that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Our mission is simple: to help people become the safe place they’ve been searching for all along.
