Hi! I’m Joel Sellentine, Founder and CEO of KARMA jack Digital Marketing Agency.

The beginning of my career started in the lowest position of a print publications company. With no business experience, I was raw, but eager to do well. Learning from the ground up put me in a place of strength as I eventually ran a few of the divisions. Excellent bosses taught me strong business, leadership, sales, accounting, and marketing skills. This experience gets a major nod to my career.

In the mid-2000s, I saw this massive opportunity with this thing called, “the internet”. I studied all things online marketing in my free time. I quickly understood how this spaced worked and started applying new techniques to “old ways” of doing things. Applying internet marketing techniques to a few companies and watching them soar gave me the confidence I needed to branch off on my own.

In 2017, I saw the formula for how to help businesses grow profits with digital marketing and realized I could help more than one company at a time. So, I took the big ol’ leap and started KARMA jack Digital Marketing Agency!

Now, our team is loaded with incredible talent from creatives, web designers, SEO, social media, and Google experts. We have helped over a hundred companies grow beyond their wildest dreams. One company grew two million in six months. I love this kind of stuff!

Just recently, Meta (formerly Facebook/Instagram), invited our agency to speak at their small business convention focusing on helping businesses manage their social media. That’s literally the biggest honor for our company besides helping our clients grow their profits!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No way!

Business is rarely smooth. When you have a growing company, you can expect things to be bumpy. The cool thing is problem-solving can be fun with the right attitude. When you fix a problem, it creates more space to grow. I love that about business.

Plan, follow the plan, and win. But winning seems to only happen when you expect things to rattle along the way. You have the positive mindset to know there is always a solution if you work it.
