Inspiring Conversations with Falara Patterson of Connected Home Healthcare Services LLC (CHHS)

Today we’d like to introduce you to Falara Patterson.

Hi Falara, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Falara Patterson, formerly known as Gabrielle Brown, and my journey began with a deep desire to help people in meaningful, lasting ways. I started by working closely with individuals and families who needed support in their homes, which led me to establish Connected Home Healthcare Services LLC (CHHS). Through this work, I saw firsthand how access to consistent care, stability, and advocacy can completely change someone’s quality of life.

As my experience grew, I expanded into opening and supporting group homes, allowing me to serve individuals who need a higher level of structure, safety, and community. Along the way, I recognized that many providers wanted to enter this field but lacked proper guidance, so I created my consulting agency to help others build, license, and operate care services the right way—ethically, sustainably, and with the people we serve at the center.

Today, my vision goes beyond individual services. I am working toward developing a community and RV park on 23 acres of land I own in Texas. This project is focused on creating a safe, inclusive space that blends housing, care, wellness, and nature—where individuals, families, and service providers can thrive together. Everything I’ve built so far, including CHHS, has been a stepping stone toward a larger mission: building systems of care that uplift people and strengthen communities.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Building businesses, serving vulnerable populations, and creating something meaningful comes with real challenges—financial pressure, regulatory hurdles, long hours, and moments of doubt. There were times when the weight of responsibility felt overwhelming and progress felt slow.

However, through every obstacle, my faith in my Lord and Savior carried me forward. My belief grounded me when things felt uncertain and reminded me that the work I am doing has purpose beyond myself. My children have also been my greatest motivation. Knowing that I was building something not only for them, but because of them, gave me the strength to keep going even when it was difficult.

Every struggle taught me resilience, patience, and humility. Looking back, the road was not easy, but it was absolutely worth it. The challenges shaped my character, strengthened my faith, and affirmed that this journey—though hard—was divinely guided and meaningful.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Connected Home Healthcare Services LLC (CHHS)?
My work centers around building care-driven businesses that prioritize dignity, quality, and long-term impact. Through Connected Home Healthcare Services LLC (CHHS), I provide in-home care services designed to support individuals and families with compassion, consistency, and professionalism. Our focus is not just meeting basic needs, but improving quality of life through reliable care, advocacy, and relationship-based service.

In addition to in-home care, I am involved in the development and support of group homes that serve individuals who require structured, safe, and supportive living environments. I also operate a consulting agency that helps new and existing providers navigate licensing, compliance, operations, and sustainable growth. What I specialize in is building care models that are both heart-centered and operationally sound.

What sets my brand apart is that everything we do is built from lived experience, faith, and accountability. I understand the challenges of this work because I have walked it myself. I don’t believe in shortcuts or surface-level solutions; I believe in building strong foundations, ethical systems, and communities that truly serve people.

Brand-wise, I am most proud of the trust we’ve built. CHHS is known for integrity, transparency, and consistency. Families know that when they work with us, their loved ones are treated with respect and genuine care. Providers I mentor know they are receiving real guidance, not just information.

What I want readers to know is that this brand represents more than services—it represents purpose. From in-home care to group homes to consulting and future community development, every offering is aligned with one mission: to create environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
