Hi Chad, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I didn’t start out planning to run an agency. I started out wanting to make an impact. My background was in helping small businesses grow, but I kept running into the same problem: they had great products and services, but no one was finding them online. That challenge led me to start Ever Studios, a creative digital marketing agency that helps small businesses and nonprofits build visibility, credibility, and real growth through strategy-driven websites and SEO.
At first, it was just me, working with local Michigan businesses out of coffee shops and late nights, building one site at a time. But the results started compounding. Clients were ranking higher, getting more calls, and suddenly we were becoming the “go-to” team for organizations ready to grow.
Over time, we’ve evolved beyond being a typical agency. Ever Studios has become a growth partner for our clients. We blend creative storytelling with data-backed SEO to help businesses become discoverable, not just online, but in their communities. Today, our team manages SEO and website strategy for companies across industries, from med spas and eCommerce brands to nonprofits making real change.
At the heart of it all, we’re still doing what we started with: helping good people and great businesses get seen.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not even close to a smooth road, and honestly, I think that’s part of what makes it meaningful. When you’re building something from the ground up, there’s a constant learning curve. Early on, I wore every hat: designer, strategist, accountant, and late-night tech support. There were months where growth felt uncertain and moments where projects didn’t go as planned, but each challenge forced me to refine how I approached business and leadership.
One of the biggest hurdles has been balancing creativity and scalability. It’s easy to build something personal when you’re small, but maintaining that level of care as you grow takes structure and discipline. Building systems that preserve quality while freeing up time to innovate has been a constant evolution.
Another challenge was simply earning trust. In the digital marketing world, a lot of businesses have been burned by agencies that overpromise and underdeliver. We’ve had to show, not tell, proving through results that Ever Studios is different. Every challenge along the way, though, sharpened our process and made the business stronger.

What are your plans for the future?

One of the big initiatives we’re excited about is expanding our niche division, Med Spa SEO Solutions, which helps aesthetics and wellness brands grow through targeted SEO and local authority building. We’re also investing in more automation and AI integration, allowing our team to spend less time on busywork and more time on creative strategy and results.
Beyond growth, we’re building something for our team too: a culture that supports creativity, balance, and purpose. In the next couple of years, we plan to host our first Ever Studios Summit, a company retreat designed to celebrate wins, strengthen collaboration, and recognize the people who make all of this possible.
Ultimately, the goal is simple: to keep doing meaningful work that helps good people grow great businesses, and to build a company that lasts.
