Today we’d like to introduce you to Antoine Williams

Hi Antoine, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a self Proclaimed Grill Master and it pretty much what i love to do. In 2017 I wanted to make some extra Money for Vacation so I decided to sell some BBQ Dinners to Friends & Coworkers at my Full-time job at The Casino. I did it for 2 weeks and had no plans to continue when I got back from Vacation.

Once I went back to work, the word was out, I started receiving many requests for BBQ Orders. I definitely Didn’t have the Motivation to do it because I had a full-time Career at that time.

My Wife Sherika & I decided to do it for a while.and it just took off, I began doing Crazy, Funny Social media commercials with my Coworkers, Friends & Family, it was very fun.

One day I turned to Sherika and ask her what her opinion if we Tried to Get our Sauces & Seasonings in some Markets.

I took my products to a few markets & they loved it. Our first stores that gave us a opportunity is Cattlemans Meats & Eastern Market of Canton in October 2018.

I just stared going to store to store, Market to Market on my Days off to pitch my products to be sold in their stores. In just 6 months we went from 2 stores to 50 stores that sold our products.

Then we Made what I call a positive Pivot. Once covid pandemic hit we stopped cooking and We started to focus on the Healthy & Nutrition Positives of our Products & that took us in a whole new direction. were now in over 100 stores in Michigan & Ohio including 50 Meijer Locations.

Were now entering the Healthcare & Nutritional stores. We have Dietitians & Physicians who uses our products. we’re so excited about what’s to come next & how much we can Expand.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s was going too Smooth until August of 2022. We were in the progress of Opening up our Brick & Mortar when Big Mistake was made. I was in the progress in Redesigning my Labels when I sent the wrong PDF File to printing Company. My old Labels were being added to my new size bottles on accident for 3 months.

In which we had to do a full Recall on all our products in over 100 stores. It was Financially Devastating & Almost Ended our Business. The fact that we’re still open and operational now is truly a Blessing. It took us 2 years to recover & I’m so happy we didn’t give up.

We Specialize in Healthy Clean Low & No Salt Seasonings for our community.

Our goal is to make our Healthy Products more accessible & Available in all Markets & Stores in our community. From the Local market to Meijer Supercenter stores our community need more Healthy options for their food.

Our low Salt Seasonings is currently being recognized by Nutritional & Health stores in SE Michigan. Were popping up in new Healthy & Nutrition Stores every month and we have no plans to stop.

Also with all this Healthy Talk the biggest Benefit is our Products is Full of Flavor… Best of Both Worlds !!!!
