Hidden Gems: Meet Vira Goldman of Goldman Professional Solutions LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vira Goldman.

Hi Vira, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am originally from Ukraine, where I worked in the legal field for close to 15 years. My professional background has always been connected with law, public administration, and working with official documents. In early 2024, I earned my PhD in Public Management and Administration, which was an important milestone in my academic and professional journey.

In the middle of 2024, I moved to the United States. My husband is a U.S. citizen, and shortly after relocating I also became a mother — our son was born here in the U.S. This new chapter of life naturally inspired me to rethink my professional path and find ways to use my experience in a meaningful way in a new country.

With my background in working with documentation and administrative processes, creating Goldman Professional Solutions LLC was a very natural step. The company focuses on practical services that help people handle important document-related matters more easily and efficiently.

Today, through Goldman Professional Solutions LLC, I provide notary services, apostille facilitation, and administrative document support. I also help coordinate professional translations through trusted translators when documents need to be prepared for use in different countries. Many clients need translations for immigration processes or for using documents internationally, and I assist in organizing those services and guiding them through the preparation process.

Because I speak Ukrainian, Russian, and English, I am often able to help clients who feel more comfortable communicating in their native language while navigating official procedures in the United States. My goal is to make document-related processes clearer and less stressful by providing organized, reliable administrative support.
I truly enjoy helping people navigate important document processes with confidence and clarity.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a new professional path in a new country is never completely smooth. One of the biggest challenges for me was adapting to a new system and learning how many administrative and professional processes work in the United States. Even with many years of experience working with documents and legal procedures in Ukraine, every country has its own rules and structure.

Another challenge was starting a business while also adjusting to a major life transition. I moved to the United States in 2024 and soon after became a mother, so I was balancing learning a new environment, building professional connections, and raising a newborn at the same time.

Language can also be a challenge at first when building a business in a new country, especially when you want to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. However, this process has also helped me grow and adapt quickly.

At the same time, these challenges have been very motivating. They pushed me to learn faster, understand the local system better, and build services that genuinely help people navigate document-related processes more easily. Every step has been part of building something meaningful in a new chapter of life.

As you know, we’re big fans of Goldman Professional Solutions LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Goldman Professional Solutions was created to help individuals, families, and small business owners navigate important administrative and document-related processes in a clear and organized way. Many people face situations where they need documents notarized, prepared for international use, translated, or properly certified, and these procedures can often feel confusing or overwhelming. My goal is to simplify these processes by providing reliable administrative support and guidance through the practical steps involved.

The company offers notary services, apostille facilitation, and assistance with organizing document preparation for both personal and business needs. I also coordinate professional translations through trusted translators when documents must be prepared for use in different countries. In addition, Goldman Professional Solutions provides administrative assistance with business registrations across different U.S. states and support with preparing information and documentation related to tax filings.

My professional background has strongly influenced the way I approach this work. In Ukraine, I studied law at a university specializing in tax law and public administration, and during my early career I worked in the court system where tax-related disputes were reviewed. This experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding documentation, regulatory procedures, and the importance of accuracy in official matters. After relocating to the United States, I invested significant time in learning the structure of local administrative and business processes in order to adapt these skills to a new environment.

At the same time, the services provided by Goldman Professional Solutions are strictly administrative in nature. The company does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or licensed accounting services. Instead, the focus is on helping clients organize documents, navigate procedures, and connect with appropriate professionals when licensed legal or accounting expertise is required.

Another aspect that naturally sets my work apart is the ability to communicate with clients in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Many people feel more comfortable discussing important documents in their native language, especially when navigating unfamiliar systems. Being able to bridge that language gap helps create clarity and trust throughout the process.

What I am most proud of is building a business that helps people feel more confident and less stressed when dealing with important administrative tasks and documentation. My goal is to provide organized, reliable support that makes complex processes easier to understand and manage.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I believe that luck sometimes plays a role in life, especially when we meet the right people at the right time or find ourselves in situations that open new opportunities. At the same time, I also believe that preparation, persistence, and the willingness to learn are much more important in the long run.

Moving to the United States in 2024 was a major life change for me. In many ways it felt like a new beginning — a new country, a new professional environment, and a completely new stage of life. I also feel fortunate to have experienced how welcoming and supportive many people in the United States can be. The openness and kindness you encounter here can make a big difference, especially when you are building something new and learning how a new system works.

I have also been very lucky to have strong support from my family, especially my husband. Starting a new chapter in a different country while raising a young child would be much more difficult without that kind of encouragement and support.

For me, this combination of supportive people, hard work, and the willingness to adapt helps create new opportunities. Starting a business in a new country requires patience and persistence, but each step forward builds confidence and experience.

In the end, I try to focus less on luck itself and more on doing the work well, continuing to learn, and helping people in a meaningful way.
