Hi ROBERT, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Opened a hot tub store in 1999. I have run it here locally since that time. My daughter and I run it together now.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was very tough times in 2008, we couldn’t give a tub away. You learn more about business in the lean times than you do when its busy.
It was also difficult in 2020 for us when we couldn’t get product in our hands quickly or efficiently for our customer base.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We sell and service hot tubs. We are a local, family owned and operated business.
We are most known for taking care of the customer after the sale — we pride ourselves on customer service and honest salesmanship.
Hot spring spas are the best hot tubs in the industry hands down.
