Hi Kylee, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After a decade in the legal field as a family law paralegal, I made the leap into property management — and quickly proved I could do far more than just manage. By combining strong sales skills with a passion for exceptional client service, I rose through the ranks to become Chief of Operations.

From there, I dove headfirst into real estate, determined to make my mark. In just three short years, I earned the coveted title of Top Producer at my firm — a reflection of my dedication, drive, and results.

Today, I’m not only focused on growing my real estate career but also on expanding my Give Back program, creating meaningful ways to serve both my clients and my community.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
t’s definitely had its hurdles — that’s normal in this industry. The biggest one for me has been trying to balance family and work… which I’ve learned really doesn’t exist as a perfect balance. But with the coaching I’ve received from my amazing broker, Trisha Dork, and our managing partner, Andy B, I’ve been able to push through those challenges and find a way to thrive.

I’m proud to be with Elite Realty, founded by Trisha Dork — truly a powerhouse of encouragement, knowledge, and wisdom. What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are to continue working with the Elite Realty team to create both active and passive income streams — building an empire that will leave a lasting legacy. While my goals are detailed and ambitious, in short, real estate and working alongside Trisha have completely transformed my life, my mindset, and my finances. Our family went from living paycheck to paycheck to being able to save, invest, and plan for the future. Now, I’m focused on building true generational wealth for my children and grandchildren, so the impact of my work lasts for decades to come.
