Hi Donna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
While I temporarily reside in Chattanooga, TN for the time being, I am a Detroit, MI native. I am a Disney Travel Expert, helping clients all over the nation with their Disney trips. Social media has made this possible for me.

After our first Disney World trip with our girls back in 2019, we were hooked. I spent 14 month studying and learning everything I could for our upcoming Disney trip. We have gone back to Disney every year since.

I took the plunge in this business when we moved down to Tennessee in 2023. It took me a few months to build up on Social Media, and figure out what content would help people find me, but it finally took off.

This “job” doesn’t even feel like work for me. Talking and planning Disney trips for other people comes second nature to me and I feel like I’m talking to friends the majority of the time I’m working with a client to help them with their magical vacation!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The very beginning of launching my “business” was hard. Trying to figure out how it all worked, how to get clients to find me, how to market on social media was all very hard. There is nobody there to guide you.

I am independent agent with Magical Adventures Travel, LLC. I specialize in Disney destinations; Disney World, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Aulani, Disney’s Hawaiian resort, and Disney cruises. I also specialize in Universal Studios vacations.

I offer my clients a concierge service type planning. I am always available for my clients when they have any questions. I assist with booking the resort and park tickets, dining reservations, “fast passes”, itineraries, logistics, and make sure they are going to Disney with all the best tips and tricks!

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My husband and parents have been my biggest cheerleaders. It was so hard at the beginning, but I had to keep going because I saw the potential and the need out there.
