Hi Deandre, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory. 
Born and raise all over Detroit Michigan went to Gardner elementary brooks middle school Sherod middle school Cody high school Murray wright high northern high long story short I’d have a passion for music since birth grew up listening to Motown Michael Jackson temptations smokey Robinson? Hip-hop 2pac biggie no limit run DMC blade icewood. I always had a passion for music but knew I couldn’t sing or rap lol!!! So, I lived thur my friends and family that could I gravitated more towards upcoming artist music!!! I inspired myself to wanna do something different and something that could help others using their own talents if it was rap, singing, dancing, acting, graphic design, nonprofits in the entertainment and mental health world 🌎 I wanted to bring change… I got out from doing 2 years from like a juvenile prison and all my friends was rapping singing just into music but I seen no money-making nobody excelled everyone was quitting and just letting talent die so one day I woke up and said I want to try and make it happen for my city I want to help bring up artist unsigned n poverty young talents I wanted to build our community with each other also other communities out our state also connect with them my lil bro and my family who do music inspired me to try to get us all to the top I learned more bout the business side I took myself to YouTube school I read books I wrote stuff down I start doing things I never was doin and I liked it so I knew this was wat I wanted to this was my purpose. Also, mental health awareness we bringing up with my movement my brother from west Africa have a story so powerful that we also want to bring more to light its already an article on that but it just all ties together main thang bringing more to the city and state my family and kids grow up in if I can make good things happen where I’m from maybe my babies will have the right guidance and help when it’s all said and done!!!!  

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome? 
Smooth no wayyy I just woke up and started this like I been doing it for 10 years already I moved fast kinda of sloppy but good enough to catch more attention I had in a while for a guy who don’t play gangsta who don’t show lots of money just a smooth regular guy so when I did this and I was accomplishing small things I just knew I knew everything already lol anyway I spent a lot of money wrong areas not doing proper roll-outs doing everything alone I didn’t know who to trust I was taking loses artist giving up cuz ain’t no money stuff gets slow when life and corona plays apart especially since covid is our life now doin shows not getting no exposure no support from your own family and friends… Having your team on one page is the only way to possibly get anything done

Yes, next 5-10 years everything go how we need it to Detroit Michigan will be wholesome again Motown records will be rba official music entertainment now!!! Multi-million-dollar company lots of happy homes and good vibes and energy big company like def jam records bringing the community together as one ☝🏾 better parks better school activities safer streets more money more jobs better houses more mix crowds all this off music and shining more light on the mental health awareness which is taking over every wherein we won’t be blind to it
