Hidden Gems: Meet Dan Aronson of Elivate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dan Aronson. 

Hi Dan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My background is food manufacturing, having grown up in a family business. I had the opportunity to learn how a successful company works on nearly every level as I worked my way up the ladder. When I had reached a manager position, I then began to be involved in the building of our foods brands as well as selling our products to retailers. During this time, I gained a deep understanding of the importance of establishing an impactful brand. This, and learning firsthand business methods and ethics from my father, have been paramount to the way I am involved in my businesses today. With Elivate, I was fortunate to partner with like-minded individuals, Jason, Richard, Bob, and James, who have become family. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I always say (and believe), “if it was easy, everyone would do it.” This concept can applied to nearly everything and every industry. While starting and running this business has had its challenges, it has proven to be one of the most rewarding ventures I have been a part of.

Elivate was founded on a core belief that YOU are the best advocate for your health. We sought out to provide a service where those individuals who embraced a healthy active lifestyle could greatly benefit from taking a more holistic, preventative approach to their healthcare instead of settling for reactive, traditional Western medicine. What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
At Elivate we have curated a positive culture that resonates with our customers. If you make a costumer feel valued and give them a great experience, not only will they come back, but they will be a walking billboard for your company. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising!
