Hidden Gems: Meet Cindy Piper of Piper Financial

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cindy Piper.

Hi Cindy , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am Cindy Piper. I was a homemaker for 20 years. During the pandemic as did everyone’s life did my life changed drastically. I love being a mom. Before the pandemic I was at the kid’s schools on at least a weekly basis. Then the schools became much more strict about volunteers and teachers learned how to manage without parent volunteers. I tried to look for other meaningful things to do in the community. My number one priority was being here for the kids and my husband when they needed me. I looked for work from home opportunities and nothing seemed legit. 2 years ago I found a life insurance business opportunity. It was something I could do from home and still be there for my family when they needed me. I took the test passed it the first time and I was on my way. I love helping families get peace of mind. It brings me a lot of joy. Each family is important to me and I want to make their lives better. After really searching I found the Dylan Crane agency back in December and knew I found my business partners for good. I am so grateful for the training, support and feel of family in this agency. I still have autonomy over my business, but I work with others and I truly enjoy that. As business partners each day we help each other grow. Dylan does personal development with us and trainings every day. I love being in a business where I can grow each day as an insurance agent, but also as a person.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working from home has been a challenge. Balancing if my kids actually need me or just don’t want to be independent at that time. Making boundaries and trying to enforce them has been one of the hardest challenges.

Finding an agency where I truly felt like that business was my own. I wanted to make sure I was with business partners who cared integrity and people first. I found that with the Dylan Crane Agency after doing insurance for over a year.

I have had health issues and my daughter has health issues. I have had to seek out ways to get those health issues under control.

As you know, we’re big fans of Piper Financial. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am an insurance agent with Symmetry Financial Group with the Dylan Crane Agency. We are all business partners. We own our business, but we have a team of partners working together. Dylan Crane is our leader. He truly leads from the front. He is so positive, professional, encouraging and just a really hard worker who makes things happen. I am thankful for the ethics in our organization. We have great trainings with personal development and work on the whole person. It isn’t about making money as much as helping other people. I am a broker so I am proud that I can offer the best policies out there to fit any family’s needs. I am licensed in 28 states and work with well known companies such as Gerber, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Foresters and many more. I am compassionate and I will help you understand everything you need to know and I will bend over backwards for your family. I am not just your agent, your family becomes part of my life. I check in on my family’s. I help them through challenges and celebrate their wins. My first priority is the client hands down.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I have a instagram page about my mental health journey. I have a passion for improving my own mental health and to help others with their mental health. One of the things I do to do this is to listen to audio books and usually have a few different ones going at the same time. My most recent listen is The Ho’oponopono Effect. It is an ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice.
