Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It all started when I began researching for my own ring, I learned all about diamonds, the process, what affected the price, lab created vs natural etc. One of my friends upgraded her ring and I was looking at the report and her husband told me what he paid. I was mind blown and went home and replicated it for $6,000 less. At that time I took a severance for my corporate job and thought I’d help people find diamond rings on the side, however it turned into something much bigger!

When I first started this business, I had no idea it would grow into what it is today. My journey began with my very first paying client who is an NFL player, trusting me to find the perfect diamond ring for his now wife! Since then, my business has flourished, not through flashy ads or heavy marketing but through referrals and by word-of-mouth.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It wasn’t always smooth, sometimes I’d go weeks and at one point I went 2 months without having a single inquiry or consultation booked. Luckily, I have a very supportive husband who helped tremendously with his advice, encouragement, and patience. Another obstacle was trying to overcome industry misconceptions. There are a lot of preconceived notions about diamonds, from resale value to lab-grown options, that can make the buying process overwhelming for clients. Dispelling myths and providing clarity without overwhelming my clients has required a lot of patience and creativity, but I think I have it figured it out!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about CLH Diamonds?
My business is all about bringing transparency and value to the diamond-buying experience. I specialize in helping my clients find the perfect and highest quality diamond at a fraction of the retail price by working directly with wholesalers and negotiating on my clients behalf. Whether it’s for an engagement ring or an upgrade, I take pride in delivering exceptional quality and creating their actual dream ring.

What sets me apart is my personalized approach. I work with one client at a time, ensuring they get my full attention and expertise. I also educate my clients along the way, so they feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. Not to mention, the pricing!

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built through word-of-mouth referrals. As mentioned above, my business started with one NFL client taking a leap of faith and trusting in me to find his wife her perfect ring. From there it has grown organically thanks to the support of incredible clients who share their experiences to others.

What I want readers to know is this: You don’t have to be pressured into buying poor quality diamonds at inflated retail prices by high street jewelers or feel overwhelmed by the diamond-buying process as a whole. I’m here to make it simple, transparent, and even enjoyable all while saving you thousands of dollars.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I think the diamond industry is evolving rapidly, some trends Id expect to see are:

Clients choosing lab diamonds over naturals;
More transparency- clients are educating themselves a lot more;
More customized options vs the traditional stones/settings;
Shifting away from corporate jewelry stores;
Trends and styles always changing, every year there is a new ‘ it girl ring ‘
