Hidden Gems: Meet Caedmon Meisenheimer of 310 Wealth Planning

Today we’d like to introduce you to Caedmon Meisenheimer.

Hi Caedmon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When I was in college at Cornerstone University, our professor assigned an exercise loosely based on Simon Sinek’s book “Start with Why.” We were challenged to ask ourselves, “What breaks my heart?” as a way to determine our ideal career path. While I didn’t immediately know the answer, I continued to ponder the question.

Through a long and extensive process, I eventually realized that what breaks my heart is financial advisors who misuse, misallocate, or mismanage their clients’ funds for their own benefit. Unfortunately, I have witnessed this happen repeatedly. Clients are often placed in portfolios that do not align with their risk profile or timeline, or they are charged exorbitant fees that do not match the value they are receiving.

Starting 310 Wealth, I made sure that integrity was a core value of my business plan. As we deal with money, which is often a sensitive and divisive topic in today’s culture, it’s crucial to ensure that we operate with “Radical Integrity.”

Our commitment to Radical Integrity means that we prioritize our clients’ interests above our own, and we are transparent in all our dealings. We strive to educate our clients and empower them to make informed decisions about their finances. By doing so, we earn their trust and build long-lasting relationships.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
So far, in starting 310 Wealth, the Lord has been extremely faithful. That is not to say that there have been no struggles along the way, but I have complete confidence that He will hold us throughout the struggles of the past and those upcoming.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Isaiah 41:10

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next, you can tell us a bit more about your business.
At 310 Wealth, we work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, their employees, and everyone in between, providing assistance throughout their entire financial journey, from taxes to estate planning. Although we don’t offer these services in-house, we believe that an independent third party advocating on your behalf is invaluable. As your “financial quarterback,” we ensure that everyone is in your corner and on the same page.

Our vision at 310 Wealth is inspired by Biblical Financial Wisdom, specifically Malachi 3:10, where the Lord asks us to test Him with our tithes and offerings. As Christians, our approach to finances should be different from the rest of the world. In the Bible, half of Jesus’ parables and almost 15% of the entire Bible talk about money, highlighting its importance in our lives. At 310 Wealth, we’re here to help you navigate your financial journey while living out the words of Malachi.

Our business operates on three principles: Genuine Curiosity and Care, Radical Integrity, and Out-of-the-Park Service. Through these principles, we aim to provide unparalleled service to our clients. We believe that by promoting and encouraging Biblical Financial Wisdom, we can help our clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining their values and beliefs.

As for getting in touch, a unique thing that we do is offer a Free Financial Assessment. With as little as 5-10 minutes of your time, you can fill out a few questions about your current financial picture and we will send you a personalized 2–4-minute Loom video going over our initial observations! The goal of this is to serve as a starting point and demonstrate our starting point. This video analysis is completely free, with no strings attached. But if you would like to schedule a follow-up meeting, we offer a free 30-minute consultation to go over any questions you might have! You can find this Free Financial Assessment on our website at 310wealth.com/freefinancialassessment

What does success mean to you?
For me, my commitment is, first and foremost to the Kingdom of God. Without Him, I am nothing. Enabling others to live out biblical financial wisdom in their daily lives is my definition of success.
