Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hello! My story is pretty long but I will keep this short and sweet.

Starting at a young age of 14 I was in the restaurant world. At 18 Years old I was a Manager at a very popular and successful restaurant called Common Grill. I was the Head Chef by 21 and stayed until I was 30. I went to run a chain of establishments until Covid happened and i lost the love for running restaurants. 2021 came around and I decided to try real estate due to the circle of influence I have. I was 2 days into Real estate and I had one under contract to close. I was able to close 18 sales for almost 4 million my 1st year and won Rookie of the year with Reinhart Realtors. I was able to keep growing and became the Top Producer out of the Chelsea office for year 2 with 45 closings at 8.5 million. This past year I was also able to grow and added a teammate due to my growth. We closed close to 14 million in sales and I was able to close my 100th deal before my 3 year mark in Real Estate. I have also begun consulting restaurants on the side and was also voted on to Grass Lake Township board as a trustee.

I am a go getter but also very humble. I love being able to help people in any way! I work a lot of jobs throughout the community and continue to grow my business that way. I will never buy a lead because it just doesnt feel right, I want to meet them and guide them the natural way!!

I am a father of 3 and have been with my wife for 15 years. We live in the country with our cute family and love to be outdoors. I am an avid Fisherman, Golfer, Coach, and runner.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is easy. If it was everyone would do it. Life is hard too.

When I was in restaurants it was simple because I was very good at my job and very confident. When I switched to real estate it was a huge change of pace and life style. I had never sold anything like this before but I had purchased 2 homes to use as an example. This job makes you really focus in on yourself and has helped me grow as an individual a ton!

Growing business the natural way takes a ton of energy. I am a smiley guy and try to make an impression on everyone I meet so it seems to be easy but really I spend a ton of time getting out there in the world! I held 8 jobs last year just as hobbies, like the golf course, the local flower shop, the coffee shop, and even snow plowing. I am able to meet people and bring up my Real estate talk eventually. Overall the financial growth has not been easy but we are getting there! Going from 90 hours a week with a big salary to waiting for closings to get paid is a huge difference. I am extremely blessed to be able to say I am making great money and enjoying my life/job now!

We’ve been impressed with BMW Real Estate Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am Licensed through Reinhart Realtors in Chelsea, MI. I have about a 2 hour circle from Grass Lake where I am willing to serve. With that being said I grew quickly and needed help. I brought on Ruby Johnson with me as we were clicking early on with work. I have most recently added another agent to my team Brendon Tripp. We take pride in being honest, hard working agents. We communicate very well and want to make sure this is a memorable experience for all of our clients.

We specialize in all things Real Estate. Selling, Buying, Seniors, Veterans, Rentals, and Commercial.

We stand out in our communities and all pretty much hold many hats. Brendon Tripp is a police officer full time, Ruby Johnson also runs an excavation company with her boyfriend, and I just did a grand opening at a restaurant as well as my Trustee position and coaching sports.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I have pretty much laid it all out there so far but we also do residential clean up for homes. I will power wash your home, get a roll off dumpster to assist with cleaning, and even help with landscaping.
