Today, we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Sarter.

Tyler Sarter

Hi Tyler, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
When I started Promise Land Realty in 2015, it was pretty much solely focused on residential wholesaling and just being a cash-building platform for where I was in my real estate career at that time.

Since then, we’ve grown into a full-scale real estate investment firm focusing on real estate development, project & property management, fix and flips, and consulting for international buyers.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Many young real estate investors encounter a significant hurdle: integrating innovative methods to raise capital for deals.

After all, in real estate it often requires funds to generate returns. Equally crucial is comprehending the significance of establishing credit and mastering the art of leveraging it effectively for personal gain.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about Promise Land Realty?

The pandemic triggered diverse reactions across housing markets and within different segments of real estate, encompassing residential and commercial sectors and long-term and short-term rental properties.

For instance, residential real estate maintained robust demand, given the perpetual need for housing.

Conversely, commercial properties experienced an initial downturn as numerous businesses transitioned to remote work. Likewise, there was a surge in demand for long-term rentals, contrasting with a notable drop in occupancy for vacation rentals due to travel constraints.
