The Founding of United Property Maintenance LLC
United Property Maintenance LLC began with a simple dream and a clear goal. Founded in 2021, a year after the world changed, I saw an opportunity to turn years of experience in the lawn care and landscaping industry into my own company.
I started small, with just a single trailer, a mower, and a handful of tools. My focus was on building a foundation of trust and quality. Since then, the company has grown from a handful of customers to a thriving portfolio of over 40. This growth wasn’t easy; like any business, we’ve had our share of challenges.
The biggest test came when I faced a rare liver disease that threatened to put everything on hold. But even in the face of this health crisis, my commitment to my customers and my vision for the business never wavered.
Today, United Property Maintenance is a testament to perseverance and the belief that caring for your customers is the most important part of business. I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support of my wife, parents, and, most importantly, our customers. Their trust is what has allowed this company to grow from a dream into a reality.
To anyone considering starting a business, I offer this advice: believe in yourself, take a chance, and always take care of your customers—they will take care of you.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
