Exploring Life & Business with Steven Fox of Fox N’ Sons Coffee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steven Fox. 

Hi Steven, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
When I was growing up, I would often go to work with my dad on Saturdays. Those were special father and son days. We would go out for breakfast and he would let me have a cup of coffee. These memories of sharing breakfast and a cup of coffee with my amazing father will always be my favorite memories of him. He has been the best influence in my life and I am forever grateful for those days. I believe this where my lifelong love for coffee began and why I created Fox N’ Sons Coffee LLC. I want to honor my father, pass on the spirit of entrepreneurship to my own sons, and share amazing coffee with other coffee lovers. 

Fox N’ Sons officially began taking orders in October of 2022. Our initial offering was a dark roast and we quickly added a light roast and decaf. In December we added a medium roast and the first of our limited-time specialty roasts. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
With any new business, the main obstacle is making people aware of your product and gaining the trust of the people you are marketing to. We know the quality of our coffee is excellent but customers want to hear that from other people who have tried it. We are thankful for the many people who tried our different blends and have given us great reviews so that potential customers can hear from other coffee lovers what they enjoyed about our blends. 

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Fox N’ Sons Coffee LLC?
Our whole-bean coffee is organically roasted in Michigan and sold out of our home base in Zeeland. We sell and deliver locally and ship coffee all over the United States. 

I am very proud of our branding and logo. I think this makes us stand out and sets us apart from many other brands. 

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We would love it if everyone gave our coffee a try! Visiting our website, sharing our posts on social media, and telling people about us would be wonderful support. 

We are looking to collaborate with more distributors. We are currently in several stores in West Michigan and we would love to expand that across the state.
