Hi Nevaeha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Nevaeha Bledsoe, and I’m the founder of Narvae, a fitness and lifestyle brand inspired by discipline, confidence, and becoming the best version of yourself. I originally created the idea for my brand in 2023 during a season where I felt very lost and was still trying to figure myself out. Over time, I started focusing more on my personal growth, fitness journey, faith, and healing, and that completely changed my mindset and my life.
The gym became more than just fitness for me it became a place where I rebuilt my confidence, discipline, and self-love mentally and physically. Through that journey, I fell in love with becoming a stronger version of myself, and that inspired me to officially launch Narvae in January 2026.
Alongside building my brand, I’ve also been growing as a content creator by sharing my fitness journey, lifestyle, entrepreneurship, and real-life experiences online. Even before launching my activewear brand, I was attending creator events, networking, and building my platform through fitness and lifestyle content. Since launching Narvae, I’ve had opportunities to collaborate with gyms, host pop-ups, and connect with an amazing community of women who relate to my story.
I’m still growing and learning every day, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for everything ahead.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Transparency, it definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but I truly believe allowing God to guide my path has helped me through every season. One of the biggest challenges has been learning how to balance everything at once working full-time, being in school, building my brand, creating content, and still making time for my own personal growth.
There were moments where I doubted myself or felt overwhelmed trying to figure everything out, especially while building a business from the ground up. Financially, entrepreneurship requires a lot of patience, consistency, and investing into yourself before seeing major results.
I’ve also gone through seasons where I felt uncertain about myself and my future, but those moments honestly helped shape me into who I am today. A lot of my growth came from learning discipline, building confidence, strengthening my faith, and continuing to show up for myself even during difficult or uncertain seasons.

Narvae is a fitness and lifestyle brand centered around discipline, confidence, personal growth, and becoming the best version of yourself. My goal with the brand is to create activewear that not only looks good, but also makes women feel strong, feminine, confident, and motivated while pursuing their goals both inside and outside of the gym.
What sets Narvae apart is that the brand is deeply connected to my personal journey. I’m not just selling activewear. I’m building a community and lifestyle around growth, consistency, and self-improvement. A lot of the content and messaging behind Narvae comes from real-life experiences, fitness, faith, healing, and learning how to show up for yourself even during difficult seasons.
Alongside the brand, I also create fitness, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship content online, which has allowed me to connect with an amazing community of women who relate to my story and journey. Since launching, I’ve had opportunities to host pop-ups, collaborate with gyms and local businesses, and continue growing both my business and personal brand.
One thing I’m most proud of is starting. Even during uncertain seasons of my life, I still chose to believe in myself and bring my vision to life. I want readers to know that Narvae is more than activewear it’s a reminder that growth takes discipline, confidence, and consistency, and that becoming the best version of yourself is a journey, not a destination.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories was going shopping with my grandma and getting matching outfits together. It’s a simple memory, but it always made me feel special and loved, and it’s something I still look back on and appreciate today.
