Today we’d like to introduce you to Logan Morse.

Hi Logan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into pharmacy began in high school when I started working at a local pharmacy. That early exposure gave me an inside look at traditional medicine, but I quickly realized its limitations—especially when it came to addressing chronic conditions and long-term health concerns.

As I progressed through my pharmacy career, I faced my own health challenges. Despite following conventional medical advice, I found that my symptoms were often dismissed or treated with short-term solutions rather than addressing the root cause. This experience led me to explore integrative and naturopathic medicine, where I discovered a more comprehensive approach to healing. Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle changes, and functional medicine interventions, I was able to restore my health in ways that traditional care had overlooked.

This passion led me to specialize in functional and anti-aging medicine. After earning my Doctorate of Pharmacy from Ferris State University College of Pharmacy, I pursued board certification in anti-aging and functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Today, as the Director of Special Projects at Keystone Compounding Pharmacy, I provide both group and one-on-one patient consultations, focusing on hormone replacement therapy, adrenal dysfunction, chronic fatigue, and sports medicine. My approach to patient care is rooted in addressing primary concerns at the cellular level to help patients achieve optimal health and longevity.

In addition to my role at Keystone, I serve as a pharmacist in the United States Air National Guard. I reside in Grand Rapids with my wife, children, and three dogs, and in my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, working out, playing golf, and exploring new restaurants.

Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between traditional and functional medicine, empowering patients with science-backed, personalized solutions for long-term health and wellness.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Beyond the trials and tribulations the journey has been smooth but time consuming with stressors of pharmacy school.
