Cliff, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Just Bagels started in 1992 as a small retail bagel store in the Bronx, NY. After becoming a local favorite, we decided to sell wholesale in the Tri-State area. Today you can find our bagels distributed throughout the country at the finest restaurants, hotels, high-end and gourmet retail stores, airlines, and schools. In fact, you can find Just Bagels on five continents and nearly 15 countries all around the world! 

We at Just Bagels take pride in our commitment to quality. Our old-fashioned water bagels are kettle boiled with the finest ingredients providing you with the ultimate bagel, crunchy on the outside yet chewy on the inside. That’s what you’ll get from Just Bagels. 

Within our facility, we produce only the freshest, tastiest, and healthiest bagels.

We take pride in making bagels the old fashion way, from scratch. Kettle boiled and never steam baked, that would be bread with a hole in it; our bagels are hearth-baked to perfection every day, providing you with the ultimate AUTHENTICITY. 

Our bagels are slow-proof processed, extended boiled in NY water, and high-temperature hearth oven baked until golden brown with a slight sheen. We use craft artesian recipes and techniques of many past generations. Since 1992, we’ve produced authentic, famous New York bagels providing the “ultimate bagel experience.” 

Today we have been on QVC for 4 years and won customer favorite food of all the food they sell the last 3 years. 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
To say it has not been easy is an understatement. We have been through it all from general obstacles in any business to 9/11/2001, losing a huge customer and almost not making it, costs exploding during certain times, covid, crazy inflation just to name a few.
