Today we’d like to introduce you to Pam Vitaz.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My holistic real estate story began when I created a high and luxury home rental business in Louisville, Kentucky, for the Kentucky Derby. Rentmyhouse4Derby was born 33 months before Airbnb. People said that no one would sleep in anybody’s else’s house. As a busy mom of four children under the age of eight at the time and the spouse to a successful neurosurgeon, I had to carve time to mutate and build my business in a way that fit with my lifestyle.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I don’t know a single successful person who can’t point to a lot of bumps along the way. And when you find one, they’re always headed for a big crash. My challenges had a lot to do with being too early to market and finding a way to communicate a disruptive idea in a place where a technology was not at its hot seat. (Louisville, Ky 2005)
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work is incredibly unique in that it blends deep intuitive work with building client’s net worth through real estate, all while making space for artists, makers, and refugees of all types. I am most proud of my ability to sit with the deepest calling of my client’s heart and remain patient as they catch up to their heart’s evolution
Some of the tools that I utilize in my work include dynamic awakening, licensed real estate agent in Michigan, Akashic record reading, and 53 years of hard knocks.
What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
My most important lesson, or at least the hardest to learn, has been around asking for help and outsourcing. No one succeeds alone, and no one succeeds without supporting others.
Life is a community effort.
My work and my life are holistic, not separate from each other. I hope clients realize their dreams without abandoning what they’ve already created
