Daily Inspiration: Meet Kevin Lepine

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Lepine.

Hi Kevin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers. 
Kevin Lepine’s Hypnosis Unleashed is the longest-running hypnosis show performing in Las Vegas. Kevin infuses fast-paced hypnosis with stand-up comedy, razor-sharp wit, and genuine compassion. His volunteers never feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Instead, they feel like stars. Dubbed the “Rock Star of Hypnosis” due to his fast-paced energy, Kevin is one of the highest-rated performers in Las Vegas. 

Lepine graduated from East Detroit High School and was named Youth of the Year in 1993. He lived all over the metro Detroit area before moving to Las Vegas in 2010. 

Kevin started performing at children’s parties all over metro Detroit. These parties lead him to being one of the house Magicians at Dave and Buster’s in Utica. He would learn hypnosis through the Michigan Holistic Health Center which provided the tools for Kevin to travel the world entertaining people. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
His autobiography “Deep Into My Eyes: From Victim to Vegas Headliner” tells how he started a child from Detroit who was adopted, bullied, and abused manage to become a headliner in Las Vegas. Despite facing depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, and addiction, Kevin refused to give up. Through his journey, he discovered the importance of finding support and belonging in communities that embraced him and helped him heal. His journey has not only transformed his own life, but it has also empowered others to find the strength to overcome their own struggles. 

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I have the longest-running hypnosis show in Las Vegas. I have been a Vegas headliner since 2013 and growing! My ability to mix stand-up comedy, improv, and hypnosis with a healthy dose of compassion has allowed me to keep the show going. I am thankful for everyone who left reviews making me the highest-reviewed hypnosis show and multi-time winner of the Best of Vegas Award. 

I’m also proud of the fact that I am an Eagle Scout, and the my book “Deep Into My Eyes: From Victim to Vegas Headliner” spent over 2 weeks at #1 on Amazon New Releases. 

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Empathy, compassion, humor and treating the business side of show business as the important part! Also, my tenacity and ability to grow communities around me to keep elevating me.
