Hi Flow Finesse, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
We are brothers that live in the same household, so through conversation we realized that we have independent journeys and interest in music. We thought why not try and cross our paths to see what happens. Lucky for us in a matter of days our videos started doing rounds and we started getting popular in the area we are in. We then took it to the next level from just car freestyles to studio recorded music. We know no bounds, no specific genre and we are very experimental
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
For the most part it has been smooth. The challenge and struggle now is translating our online buzz into bookings and physical presence without the involvement of agencies or record labels because we cannot wait for them, we are responsible for our own dreams and goals
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a musical duo and content creators at the same time. We specialize in car freestyles and music overall (no specific genre) and that has now become our brand. Our content thus far is more popular than our music because we were doing the content longer than the music. We are proud of how far we have come because we have achieved all that we have while at home and there was not much capital loss or investment failure. What sets us apart is that we are multilingual in what we do and the chemistry we have with each other as musicians
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
The only real risk that we have taken is putting ourselves out there with our content. We risked our reputations and being embarrassed or embarrassing our family in a case where things did not workout. We live in a day and age where numbers matter and whether or not what you do fulfills you and makes you happy does not matter much, especially if you have dreams as big as we do. So we are grateful that we found success in our own right and that we were right in our gut feeling to try and start what we do
