Daily Inspiration: Meet Eutan Ngoulou

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eutan Ngoulou.

Hi Eutan, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Eutan Ngoulou Ngoulou , I from republic of Congo , I’m engineer in Chemistry, I did my engineering school at Switzerland. I worked for building and palace government Switzerland for 7 year like concierge, Hydman and janitorial service

On 2007 I go back my country , I was Candidat for parlement of Congo but I lose Election but after I was nominated advice of president of economic and financial commission for two years .

On 2009 I started work for international organisation for defend right human, I was director of peace in Africa , protection for children .

On 2015 I came in usa for UN meeting

2016 I start working for many companies at Detroit , I did 4- 5 years no take day of and on 2018 I was nominated with Rose award Detroit

On 2020 I decided to started my owne business Freedom Cleaning Company LLC, I started with residential and commercial. Prosperus Detroit gave supports , loan and advice and I get others contracts to others cities with school, hotels, offices

On 2021 I bought my first house with Landbank ( $3000) I fixed , I have worries with cities because I rent room, against Paul the director of Prosperus give advice and help to start new company on 2023 Freedom Rental Investment LLC
Now we have second house with landbank we are working

We help houses owners and investors from Detroit and other state . We fixer more 50 houses from 2023

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Difficulties for cash flow and pay contractors every days
