Hi Delora, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Of course, I always love to share my humble beginnings

Im just going to be as straight to the point as possible with this so keep up with me lol

Once upon a time there was a 33yr old single mother of 4 who decided to use the gifts and talents God place inside of her & turn it into a successful brand. That was 7 years ago now that same woman has featured in several shows, magazines and creating timeless custom denim collections and pieces for popular performers and music artists .

I took $50 and a hot glue gun and built the brand that you see today and I still have ways to go! As a entrepreneur you have to learn to be patient and stay focused on the plan no matter how hard it gets cause it will get hard and there will be times where you are going to want to give up! DON’T!!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A smooth road?? *laughs hysterically *there’s NO such thing as a smooth road on the path to entrepreneurship. There will be road blocks, potholes, bumpy and roads that lead to no where along this journey it’s up to you to decide which route to take.

There’s no easy road and you really have to buckle down and learn how to navigate through every barrier in the roads that you travel down.

The longer you travel down these bumpy roads the more adaptable you will become to the obstacles instead of allowing those obstacles to become a hindrance. The road to entrepreneurship can be very difficult to navigate at times but once the path comes more manageable to steer through you’ll begin have a more smoother experience.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a natural born creative meaning I did not have to learn how to create custom denim collections, I didn’t have to study or sit in a classroom for hours to learn what I do.
Being naturally gifted is an unlimited supply my mind can create up to hundreds of designs daily and most of them I have never brought to life.

I specialize in creating main characters by boosting their confidence and mood with my custom denim collections. I do this by hand transferring my confident and bold energy into each piece I design. I am known for my creative and rare denim pieces I pride myself on being the innovator and creator of trends instead of copying and pasting from other artists.

My gifts are God given, unlimited , and Free!
I have no limits on what I can design BUT I have chosen to create rare and exclusive limited collections from now on because I feel like I no longer have to place myself in a box with my creativity.

This gift that I have alone and who I am sets me apart from others! I am a magnetic force and my energy shines through my presence and in my creations as well!

It’s IN me so it will never LEAVE me

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Yes! Finding a mentor that really WANTS TO SEE YOU WIN! Is very important especially in a world where everyone is only out for what they can gain!

For me I was blessed enough to be born with a mentor in my business life which happens to be my big brother Lazar Favors , from a kid I always looked up to him for some reason or another lol so I really only listen to his advice cause he never led me wrong ever!
.
And I was blessed to know a few boss women who share gems with me from time to time I feel like having support from other successful people will definitely make an impact .

I am not the BEST at networking just being completely honest here lol It’s something I am working on is to get out of my own mind and the fear of meeting new people . So 2025 this is a major goal of mine is to be more open, social and more assertive with my networking skills. Because I be so sick of my own self at times when I get into rooms I dreamed of being in and become a choke artist lol.
