Salon Gramer opened its doors in 2022 with a clear vision: to create a space where beauty, excellence, and faith come together. What began as a passion for hair and beauty has grown into a full-service salon specializing in hair, skin, lashes, and bridal hair and makeup.
Our home base is located at 360 W. Western Ave, where we serve our everyday guests, but our work reaches far beyond our salon walls. Each year, our team travels on-site to 75+ weddings across Michigan, helping brides feel confident, beautiful, and cared for on one of the most important days of their lives.
At the heart of Salon Gramer is a deep commitment to exceptional customer service. We believe every client should feel welcomed, valued, and uplifted from the moment they walk in—or invite us into their special day. Guided by our faith, we strive to serve others with integrity, kindness, and excellence in everything we do.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road hasn’t always been smooth. Like many small businesses, we’ve faced challenges along the way—especially with shifts in the economy, which have impacted both clients and the beauty industry as a whole. Navigating those changes required adaptability, trust, and perseverance.
We’ve also experienced periods of stylist turnover, which can be challenging when you’re building a strong, consistent team and culture. Each transition pushed us to refine our leadership, strengthen our values, and stay committed to creating a supportive, faith-centered environment for both our team and our clients.
Through it all, our faith has grounded us. We’ve continued to move forward with confidence, trusting the process, learning from each obstacle, and remaining focused on our purpose. Every challenge has helped shape Salon Gramer into a stronger, more resilient business.

At Salon Gramer, we are a full-service salon offering hair, skin, lash, and bridal services, with a team made up of artists who each bring their own unique specialties. From curly hair care, men’s cuts, fashion color, and extensions to lashes and full-body waxing, our staff is intentionally diverse in skill so we can truly do it all.
As a salon, we take pride in having a deep understanding of every service we offer. While each artist has a specialty they excel in, we are trained to work together seamlessly, ensuring consistency, quality, and confidence in every service—especially when it comes to our bridal work. Bridal hair and makeup is a cornerstone of Salon Gramer, and we are known for our ability to coordinate, execute, and deliver exceptional results for large wedding parties both in-salon and on-site.

How do you think about luck?
We don’t believe our journey has been shaped by luck—good or bad. We believe it has been built through hard work, perseverance, and faith in Jesus. Every opportunity, challenge, and season of growth has required intentional effort, trust, and obedience, even when the outcome wasn’t clear.
Rather than relying on luck, we focus on showing up consistently, serving others well, and trusting God’s timing and provision. Even in difficult seasons, we’ve seen how challenges have shaped our character, strengthened our business, and refined our purpose.
