Hi Christopher, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve been interested in real estate since I graduated high school, but it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I finally decided to pursue it. Leaving my role at Ford Motor Company was a big step, but it was the right one. Since making that change, my career and my life have grown in ways I’m truly proud of.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The transition has been very smooth. The biggest challenge was developing the discipline to create a consistent daily routine, but once I did, it became a key factor in my success and helped me become a top producer.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a licensed real estate agent in Michigan, specializing in the Metro Detroit market. I’ve quickly become known as one of the fastest-growing, top-producing agents in the area. I learned the industry quickly and built a strong track record of selling homes at a pace well above average.
Beyond my production, I’m especially proud of my personal growth, my leadership, and my ability to develop others. More than 20 agents have sought me out as a mentor, and I’ve trained them in both the business fundamentals and the productivity systems that drive consistent results.
What sets me apart is my leadership, my communication, and my strength in negotiation. I’m highly skilled at negotiating on behalf of my clients and excellent at turning contacts and relationships into long-term homeowners.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Absolutely, I’m a risk taker. I’ve always thrived in situations that require bold decisions and calculated risks. To me, risk and reward go hand in hand. I believe that taking smart, strategic chances is what creates real success, and that mindset has played a major role in my achievements. Chances make champions!
